He was claiming to have experienced positive effect of this service. Sanjay was reluctant but did agree.

We both visited to the astrologer next day. She lived in another community building nearby. She studied Sanjay's horoscope and revealed several things accurately which Sanjay had been experiencing for last few days at many fronts of life. She suggested Sanjay to wear a particular gemstone claiming that it would counter the negative impact of his senior officer's aura and protect him. She even guaranteed to take it back if Sanjay doesn't feel any positive impact of it in next 3-4 days. What else was needed, Sanjay bought it. To our surprise, things changed dramatically. Sanjay was again in relaxed situation. It was my turn to see the astrologer. Of course I was not facing any problem as such, but to improve my business prospects.

This is the job of an astrologer to study your horoscope then decide which gem or stone will suit you most. The astrologer may offer you the suitable stone himself so that you do not have to wander in search of it, only to buy an inferior or fake one. A play of colors

Planets radiate their energy and influence through colour. The astrological powers of gemstones are derived from the special cosmic influences of their associated ruling planets. The ancient gemological texts of India explain that white light is actually composed of nine colours, symbolic of the nine planets. The nine planets for astrological purpose include:

• Moon (a satellite), 
• Rahu (the north node of the moon)
• Ketu (the south node of the moon)
• Jupiter (brihaspati) 
• Mercury (budha)
• Venus (Shukra)

How does this science work?

To take an example, Jupiter is associated with the colour BLUE. Most wealthy individuals possess a strong Jupiter in their horoscopes. If Jupiter is weak in your horoscope, you may be required to balance it out by wearing a natural yellow sapphire or topaz, as yellow stones transmit light blue color waves.

Saturn transmits its energy through VIOLET waves, which are found in gems like blue sapphires and amethysts.
